Tricky conditions & very cold weather!

148 boats gathered in the cold weather for the Steve Nicholson Trophy which took place at Northampton S.C. at the weekend.

Scorpion Pete Gray

Solo Tom Longsdale

Pete Gray and Rachael Rhodes won the 1st race in their Scorpion in the Double Handed class by a long way powered by their 3DL main but were unable to keep up the momentum in the 2nd race.

However, congratulations go to Andy Couch sailing his Phantom 1345 finishing 1st and Tom Lonsdale finishing 3rd in Solo 4927 using their North sails in the single hander fleet.
